FORE was established to improve the care of patients with musculoskeletal disorders through research and education. While FORE operates independently from FOI, there is constant collaboration with FOI physicians on numerous research and education endeavors.

A Dedicated Research Operation Within Florida's Largest Orthopaedic Group
The clinical research department conducts orthopaedic clinical trials across subspecialties including hand, foot & ankle, knee, hip, spine, elbow, shoulder, and sports medicine, giving industry partners and academic collaborators access to a high-volume, multi-specialty practice with a dedicated research infrastructure.
Our team manages the full spectrum of trial operations, from protocol development and IRB submission through patient recruitment, data management, and manuscript preparation, so investigators can focus on the science.
