International Congress for Joint Reconstruction In late 2007, the founders of the International Congress for Joint Reconstruction (ICJR), each a recognized authority in orthopaedic surgery, joined together to begin developing the next generation of education and community for physicians involved with joint reconstruction. Today, ICJR provides quality education for the orthopaedic surgery community through live CME meetings and a website featuring surgical videos, articles, and news on joint replacement of the hip, knee, and shoulder.
