Fellows gain extensive clinical exposure by participating in the evaluation and management of a high volume of spine patients across multiple Tampa Bay area sites. This rich clinical environment is matched by a robust surgical volume covering the full spectrum of spinal disorders and procedures.

Each fellow is required to complete at least one original research project during the year, with the expectation that the work will be submitted to a peer-reviewed medical journal. Research efforts may focus on clinical outcomes, surgical techniques, or biomechanical analyses.
