9th Annual Baseball Sports Medicine: Game-Changing Concepts

December 5 - December 6

Please join us for the 9th Annual Baseball Sports Medicine: Game-Changing Concepts, taking place December 5-6, 2024, at the headquarters of The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball in New York City.

Through a mix of didactic presentations, video and technique spotlights, and case-based discussions, the course’s expert faculty will help attendees navigate key issues in the management of injuries in baseball athletes at all levels of play. They have experience in diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating pitchers and position players, and they will share practical, evidence-based solutions for managing:

  • Shoulder injuries, such as rotator cuff tears, latissimus injuries, and SLAP tears
  • Elbow injuries, such as UCL injury, olecranon stress fractures, and valgus extension overload

They’ll also share their rehabilitation protocols, including soft tissue modalities, functional assessment criteria for initiation of throwing, and neurocognitive training.
