Attend a Sports Medicine Conference – Accredited Options for Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, Conditioning Coaches, and Team Physicians

Attending a sports medicine conference provided by The Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education (FORE) is an engaging alternative to traditional lecture-based classes. Our CME courses incorporate a range of interactive and hands-on sessions, including case-based panel discussions, live surgical broadcasts, Q&A sessions, and technique training labs.

FORE’s sports medicine conferences include Baseball Sports Medicine: Game Changing Concepts, OrthoVirginia Soccer Medicine, and the Detroit Sports Medicine Symposium. These conferences train orthopaedic surgeons, team physicians, athletic trainers, physical therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, and other medical professionals to:

  • Implement today’s most advanced surgical and non-surgical treatments, such as rotator cuff repair, biologic therapies, ACL/MCL reconstruction, and meniscus transplants
  • Rehabilitate a variety of common injuries, including torn ligaments and dislocated joints
  • Prevent sports injuries through comprehensive training and conditioning programs

FORE is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). FORE is also approved by the Board of Certification (BOC) to provide continuing education for athletic trainers. Participants in each sports medicine conference can claim CME credits commensurate with their participation in the activities.
