Accredited CME Opportunities for Orthopedic Surgeons
Each year, thousands of orthopedic surgeons come together for the accredited CME opportunities provided by the Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education (FORE). Held in top locations, such as New York, Las Vegas and Miami, and accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), FORE’s conferences are among the premier events for today’s busy medical professionals.
With a variety of conferences – each of which concentrates on a different aspect of orthopedic surgery – FORE’s events allow participants to gain relevant insight into their preferred areas of clinical practice. FORE’s CME opportunities include Current Solutions in Foot and Ankle Surgery (January 26 – January 28, 2017, in Tampa, Florida); Current Solutions in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (February 9 – February 12, 2017, in Tampa, Florida); Frontiers in Upper Extremity Surgery (November 4 – November 5, 2016, in Tampa, Florida); and many others.
FORE’s orthopedic courses are designed to prepare participants to:
- Identify the most appropriate courses of treatment for a variety of orthopedic injuries by evaluating various surgical techniques and technologies to determine the best option for each patient’s unique needs
- Integrate today’s most advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive and robotic approaches, into their clinical practices
- Limit surgical complications and infection rates through the implementation of current best practices
- Collaborate with physical therapists, nurses and other advanced practice professionals to coordinate nonsurgical care and postoperative rehabilitation for each patient
Lectures and presentations are delivered by some of today’s most widely recognized names in orthopedic surgery, including professors of medicine at major academic institutions, directors of medicine at the nation’s top hospitals, and team consultants for professional athletic organizations. Abundant Q&A time is scheduled so that participants can gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts being presented by the faculty and speakers.
Early registration for these conferences is encouraged, but day-of registrations are accepted as well. To learn more about FORE’s CME for orthopedic surgeons or to sign up for an upcoming event, contact us today.
